Gratitude Journal #93

Today, I am grateful George successfully--and safely--completed another olympic-distance triathlon.

Today, I am grateful for Pastor Suzanne's sermon on mercy or merit. It helped me understand a lot of what I've been thinking about in the past few years.

Today, I am grateful for a dog that sits like a frog.

"Why are you laughing at me?"

...which also makes me grateful for laughter.

What are you grateful for today?

  1. lol...At my age, I'm grateful to have woken up another day! You know, my DD's 'man' did a triathlon yesterday, and placed 1st in his division - wonder if they were in the same one? Nick was in Colorado, I think... Congrats to George! What an accomplishment!!! That Daisy is such a sweetie - we had the granddoggie again this weekend, and I'm missing her today :( Take care!

  2. Our cat sits like that - WHY?? Well done George, but then that's just a teaser to an Ironman. My husband is back training after knee surgery and hoping to do Noosa in November (George may know what I am talking about). The idea of another Ironman hasn't completely gone. I am grateful for a wonderful sports physiotherapist.

  3. Today I am grateful for not having to go to work in a school without air conditioning when the temperature is going into the mid nineties!
