Gratitude Journal #105

Today, I am grateful for our friend Harley's completion of the Air Force Marathon and so glad he could use Hotel Raihala for his trip.

Today, I am grateful for Jane Austen and Pride and Prejudice and Colin Firth.

Today, I am grateful for the obsessive satisfaction in organizing stuff.

Today, I am grateful for kind and helpful neighbors.

  1. Today I'm grateful for the glorious sunshine outside and the beauty of this part of the world. Also grateful for the gorgeous red crested woodpecker that landed on our swing set and stayed long enough for us to get a good long look at this amazing bird!

  2. My 8 year old upright freezer died yesterday. Today I am grateful that we caught on before we lost everything in it. I am grateful that my two fridge freezers were not full and that I had room to rearrange. My coworkers were grateful this morning because I had to bake off six dozen cookies. : )

  3. I just watched "The King's Speech" and loved it. Colin Firth is a joy to watch, even when he is miserable. I am grateful for him also. >:)
