We recently came through Hurricane Sandy - 5 days without power and heat. Discarding all of our food in the fridge and freezer made me realize how fortunate we are that the freezer was full. It also made me rethink the concept of 'decluttering'. The fridge looks so nice now with some space between the bottles of various flavored sodas, salad dressings and condiments.
Amazing what a natural disaster does to a person's perspective, isn't it? So glad you came through okay and with a new way of looking at things. Big hugs!
What a great quote! Love it :) We've had a tough past two years or so with hubby owning his own business and the Olympics sapping the money out of our economy and then the recession...living tight and even on an LOC on and off, but always remember to be thankful for all we are blessed with. Living one day at a time and trusting God for provision grows one's faith and walk :)
Thanks so much for taking time to comment!
