Words, Words, Words from Margaret Atwood

I found this on Pinterest yesterday, and it dovetailed so nicely with my Metacognitive Funk essay I just had to share.

Have a wonderful, safe, and child-like weekend!

  4. This is a little bit off the subject yet somehow related (this could be the child in me or maybe it's ADD or something)- you have gotten me hooked on pintrest. In a post awhile back, you referred to it and mentioned that you could spend hours on the site. Well, you're correct! I have you to thank (or blame!) for many craft projects and recipes I've tried as a result of going to the site.

  5. I asked my mom a few years ago if I was always going to feel like a faker as an adult. You know, like someone was going to bust me at any moment and send me back to the "kids' table". She assured me that I would probably continue to feel that way forever. It is definitely good to know that others have that same feeling, isn't it?

  6. Great quote, pretty much sums up my state of mind:)

P.S. Much like you were without hot water recently, we are waiting for a new water heater now. Hopefully there won't be any problems once it's installed (tomorrow, if we are lucky).

  9. I love her, although I haven't read many of her more recent books.

    She's a Canadian icon!
