Today, I am grateful for those brave men who, 71 years ago today, landed on beaches in France. May we never forget their sacrifice, bravery, and determination.
Today, I am grateful that it's summer break. We need it.

Today I am grateful for women (and men) who have blogs and entertain me during my lunch hour.
ReplyDeleteI am grateful for all of the rain we've had lately. We planted three new trees and I am ever so grateful that I haven't had to lug the hose around too much.
I am grateful for my sweet grandchildren. I spent such a lovely evening babysitting on Friday. I love babies and toddlers; but I am also grateful that they are my daughter's children and not mine.
I am grateful for opportunity and that when it comes knocking you have the fortitude to answer the door. We are getting a new boat!!
I am grateful for several sweet nights of restful sleep!
